‘Simply Stretch’ Class

Experience the restorative power of gentle stretching in our Simply Stretch class. Designed for all ages and abilities, this class focuses on safe, effective movements to enhance flexibility, reduce tension, and support overall well-being. Whether you’re new to stretching or looking to add mindful movement to your routine, Simply Stretch offers a welcoming environment to help you feel relaxed, refreshed, and more at ease in your body.

Classes are offered every Tuesday and Thursday (except holidays) at 8:00 AM and run for 45 minutes. Questions and conversations afterward are encouraged!
